Here we are, week three! The children have transitioned to our school routines extremely well! I am impressed by the flexibility and confidence they've exhibited!
On Friday, Ms. Jane will lead our first Yoga and Mindfulness enrichment. She will engage the children in breathing exercises and calming poses using the ever-popular book Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do You See? Our 2 day class will have their first Yoga and Mindfulness session in October. From November to June, these sessions will take place twice a month, once for the 2/5 day class and once for the 3/5 day class.
