All of the Valentine's-related activities last week were a hit with the class! Check out the children at play!
Due to the school closure on Thursday, our class didn't get to officially celebrate Valentine's Day together, but we're still going to do that! Our special V-Day snack will be served on Tuesday and the children will get to take their mailboxes home! If you didn't drop off your children's cards for their friends yet last week, you can still give them to me tomorrow morning at the start of program. I will help the children finish distributing them.
This week's Famous Artists piece is Van Gogh's Starry Night. The children will get to paint their version of this piece using cotton swabs on aluminum foil. I think the process and the result of this art will be equally cool!
On Tuesday, we have Dance Enrichment with Ms. Michelle.
Since Yoga and Mindfulness Enrichment was cancelled last week, it has been rescheduled to this Thursday.
