Last week's famous artist inspired piece - Vincent Van Gogh's Starry Night! The children had fun experimenting with different ways to use cotton swabs as their paintbrushes. Some ran the swabs in all directions, while others focused on creating a swirly effect. Whichever method they chose, this activity was a hit with all!
This week, we'll work with Kandinsky's Squares with Concentric Circles for our Wednesday Art activity. Instead of using watercolours, the children will work with glue and circles cut-outs of of various colours and sizes.

This week, our Science table will be set up for learning about weather. We'll extend our exploration of this topic at Thursday's Circle Time through a "tornado in a bottle" experiment.
