As promised, here are the Andy Warhol Pop Art pieces the children created. I love the black prints against the bold colours of paper!

This week, we're working on our biggest project from our Famous Artists Series. The children will work in small groups with me to create a Jackson Pollock inspired "splatter painting". This can potentially be a very messy activity, but it's going to be worth! I know the children are going to have so much fun splattering paint onto canvas using various, atypical tools such as cooking basters, whisks, and spoons. The one-of-a-kind work of art will be up for auction at our Spring Fundraiser. Please look out for it on April 6!
We had double enrichment last week, so none this week, but we have lots of awesome activities planned for Circle! Check them out in the program plan link below.
