Mar 27- 31
Here's a sneak peek of the very first group of children working on our Jackson Pollock inspired drip painting. Every child got to participate and loved it! They thought it was so silly to paint using everything but actually paintbrushes. AND, they painted without ever touching the canvas! I enjoyed watching them figure out how to drip and flick paint to the tempo of the classical music playing in the background. A big hit for sure!
The final piece will be up for auction at our Time for Spring fundraiser this Sunday! Please consider placing a bid and giving your child a special piece of TFP!

Easter is coming, so we'll start diving into some creative activities using all things inspired by the Easter Bunny!
Ms. Jane is with us for Yoga and Mindfulness on Tuesday.
This week's art activity inspired by a famous artist is Water Lilies by French painter, Claude Monet. Here's one of the original pieces from his approximately 250 paintings in this series. I will share the children's renditions in next week's blog!
