Before I dive into what's coming up at school this week, I have to share a few highlights from the last one. The children's Andy Warrhol-inspired Flowers turned out absolutely fantastic - such a bright burst of Spring! Now if only the weather would get the memo.

It really seemed like the class missed each other over March Break. They were absolutely thrilled to be back together again!

On Monday, we'll have Yoga & Mindfulness Enrichment with Ms. Maggie. Each week the children are showing more confidence and genuine engagement in this practice.
For the final art activity from our "Famous Artists Series", the children will be creating their own interpretations of Van Gogh's iconic Sunflowers. It's a piece many of you will instantly recognize. Fun fact - Van Gogh painted seven pictures between 1888 and 1889. This is my favouite of the series.

This week's program plan is filled with Easter-themed activities. Bunnies, eggs and chicks are popping up in all corners of our classroom! The children are going to be delighted! We'll celebrate on Thursday with our Easter party. Sorry grown-ups - this one is just for the children! We'll enjoy a festive Easter-inspired snack followed by a cheerful Easter egg hunt.
Friday and the following Monday are holidays, so the school will be closed on both days.
